How Easy is it to Make this Paleo Zucchini Side Dish?
I love veggies and am always looking for a way to incorporate more into my diet. This is an easy way with only four ingredients, three of which are always on hand at our house!
If you’re looking for an easy, paleo side dish you can whip up for the family or even take to a pitch-in, this is it! This recipe takes only four ingredients and 15 minutes to make! You can’t beat that!
The Secret is in the Seasoning!
Those of us that follow a paleo diet know that many seasonings are full of added ingredients (often corn) that are not paleo-approved. It can be difficult to find paleo-compliant seasonings for a single ingredient (i.e. garlic), let alone find mixes!
But this little bottle of paleo-approved seasoning mix is perfect for this zucchini dish!
With Himalayan pink salt, garlic, onion, black pepper, red bell pepper, lemon peel, and parsley, this McCormick’s mix can spruce up lots of recipes! (Note: we also love this McCormick’s mix with garlic, onion, and black pepper mix that also contains mustard, chili powder, and Italian spices. We often season steak and potatoes with it.)
Only Four Ingredients in this Paleo Zucchini Side Dish
