4 Ingredient Paleo Zucchini Side Dish

This fast and easy, paleo sautéed zucchini side dish is great for summer pitch-ins or a quick side dish. And it's made from only 4 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 5 Regular Zucchini or 4 Large
  • 2.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2.5 tsp McCormick's Paleo All Purpose Seasoning with Himalayan Pink Salt, Black Pepper, and Garlic
  • 2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Prepare the zucchini by slicing into ½ inch pieces and then quartering the pieces
  • Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat
  • Add the zucchini and McCormick's seasoning
  • Sauté the zucchini for 10-12 minutes or until cooked. Turn off the heat.
  • Add the sea salt and stir. Serve!

Notes

This dish serves 8 people. It would be great to take to a pitch-in and can easily be doubled or tripled. However, you may also chose to halve the recipe for a family meal.
