Mix the honey, coconut aminos, and garlic in a small bowl
Place the ham in a covered dish and pour the honey mixture on top. Let it sit in a covered dish for at least 6 hours, preferably over night, mixing half way through to evenly coat.
Prepare the ham by cutting into 1 inch squares.
String the ham, pineapple, bacon, and veggies on the skewers as desired.
Cook the skewers on a grill at medium high heat.
